建議先加入官方 LINE (@gapple)，傳送相機型號與外觀照片，我們會告知目前的收購行情區間。
Step 1: Join LINE for online inquiry
We recommend joining the official LINE (@gapple) first, sending photos of the camera model and appearance, and we will inform you of the current buyback price range. - 步驟 2：攜帶完整盒裝到門市
請找出原廠盒子、保卡與所有配件。這對收購價格有很大影響。請前往台中、台南或高雄門市。
Step 2: Bring the complete box to the store
Please find the original box, warranty card, and all accessories. This has a significant impact on the buyback price. Please visit our stores in Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung. - 步驟 3：功能檢測與現金付款
現場人員會檢測鏡頭是否有刮傷、錄影功能是否正常。確認無誤後，填寫讓渡書並立即領取現金。
Step 3: Function test and cash payment
On-site staff will inspect the lens for scratches and check if the recording function is normal. After confirmation, fill out the transfer form and receive cash immediately.

Q：鏡頭有小刮傷，你們還收嗎？
收購。全景相機的鏡頭最為重要，若有刮傷會影響 VR 拼接效果，我們會視刮傷程度進行折價，但依然可以回收處理。
Q: Do you still buy it if the lens has minor scratches?
Yes. The lens of a panoramic camera is the most important part. If there are scratches, it will affect the VR stitching effect. We will discount the price based on the severity of the scratches, but we can still recycle it.
Q：如果沒有盒子，價格會差很多嗎？
會有差異。原廠盒裝代表了來源的合法性與完整度。若缺盒裝，我們會扣除部分金額，建議盡量找出來。
Q: Will the price differ a lot if there is no box?
There will be a difference. The original box represents the legitimacy and completeness of the source. If the box is missing, we will deduct a portion of the amount, so we suggest trying to find it.
