二手 Unifi 設備收購流程
Buyback process for used Unifi devices
為了確保交易順利，請攜帶您的設備前往青蘋果3C 的台中、台南或高雄門市。我們的標準流程如下：
To ensure a smooth transaction, please bring your equipment to Green Apple 3C’s stores in Taichung, Tainan, or Kaohsiung. Our standard process is as follows:
- 現場檢測：我們會測試設備的過電狀況、網路孔 (RJ45) 接觸是否良好，以及重置鈕 (Reset) 是否功能正常。
On-site Testing: We will test the device’s power status, check if the network ports (RJ45) have good contact, and verify if the reset button functions properly. - 帳號解除：这是最重要的一步。Unifi 設備若綁定原本的 UI Account 將無法讓下一位使用者設定。我們會現場協助檢查是否已恢復原廠設定 (Factory Reset)。
Account Unbinding: This is the most important step. If a Unifi device is still bound to the original UI Account, it cannot be configured by the next user. We will assist on-site to verify if it has been restored to factory settings. - 配件核對：確認原廠盒裝、電源線、機架耳朵 (Rack ears) 是否齊全。配件越完整，估價金額通常越高。
Accessories Check: Confirm if the original box, power cord, and rack ears are present. The more complete the accessories, the higher the valuation amount usually is. - 現金付款：確認收購金額後，我們將填寫買賣契約書並立即以現金支付。
Cash Payment: Once the buyback amount is confirmed, we will fill out the sales agreement and pay in cash immediately.

Q：沒有保留原廠盒子，還可以收購嗎？
Q: Can you still buy it back if I didn’t keep the original box?
A：可以的。雖然附上原廠盒裝會有更好的價格，但只要主機功能正常、電源配件齊全，我們依然提供收購服務。
A: Yes. Although having the original box will result in a better price, as long as the main unit functions properly and the power accessories are complete, we still offer buyback services.
Q：公司汰換的一批設備，數量較多怎麼處理？
Q: How do I handle a large quantity of equipment replaced by my company?
A：若數量較多，建議先將型號清單與照片透過 LINE 傳送給我們進行初步估價，確認後再預約時間至門市交易。我們僅提供門市現場交易，不提供到府收購。
A: If the quantity is large, we recommend sending the model list and photos to us via LINE for a preliminary valuation first, and then making an appointment to trade at the store. We only provide on-site store transactions and do not offer door-to-door buyback services.
